Meet Keith Dubaich
Keith brings close to a decade of hands-on experience maintaining championship-level turf at three prestigious clubs, with volunteer service at the U.S. Open showcasing his commitment to the highest standards of course conditioning. A native of the Susquehanna Valley, he holds a certificate in turfgrass management from Penn State University. Keith combines regional roots, formal training, and elite turfgrass maintenance care to deliver performance-driven results for every turf surface he manages.
Meet Ben Rita
Ben brings championship-level turf expertise to Beyond The Greens. A Central Pennsylvania native and Penn State graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Turfgrass Management, he spent five years shaping playing conditions at one of the state’s top-ranked courses and served as host superintendent during the PGA Tour’s Truist Championship. Ben also contributed to preparations at Augusta National for the Masters, giving him firsthand experience managing turf to the exacting standards of elite competition. His blend of education and proven event-level experience ensures precise, performance-driven turf care for every property.
